When one becomes a "Senior"...it is at times, difficult to reach a level of pain relief and rehabilitation that truly helps us to move forward with our lives. I've been to several "rehab" centers in the Midland area for various Physical Therapy programs. But none had the program that offered a solid path forward, like Midland Sports Rehab. Therapists that are Doctors who have decades of experience in treating the issues that surround muscle and orthopaedic problems. I have only been going a few weeks...and, already, I not only see the light at the end of the tunnel...I have to wear "shades". No matter the age (they treat athletes and the elderly), the results are proven. These people are 110% committed to positive results and do all they know to help you get there. But, let's be real...YOU also must commit to your physical health. It takes work...a lot of work. But, you can do it.
