At Midland Sports Rehab, we accept a variety of different health insurance plans, and we are here to help you navigate the world of claims and benefits.
We understand that insurance can be complicated, so as a courtesy, we will check your health benefits before you arrive to see if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services. Our goal is to help you in any way! Including providing guidance with insurance!

For patients who do not have health insurance or have exhausted their benefits, you are not out of luck! Midland Sports Rehab also offers a private pay plan so you can still benefit from our many services. Please contact us as soon as possible for any questions and more information on our service fees and payment options!
