“I started going to Midland Sports Rehab in October of 2019, after I experienced severe pain training for the Columbus Marathon. Several friends had recommended their services, and I knew I needed to recover from my injury in time to train for spring races. With the help and encouragement of the Physical Therapy team at Midland Sports Rehab, I was able to strengthen the muscle groups needed and modify my running technique in order to run pain-free. Today, I am still running marathons and recently qualified once again for the Boston Marathon. None of this would have been possible had I not sought help at Midland Sports Rehab.”

These people are used to working with runners, lifters, and athletes. They know where you’re coming from and what your body needs to be able to do instead of just treating you with the cookie cutter basics. They really try to get you better and on your feet.”
