During your initial one-hour consultation, our certified health coach, Coach Alina, will walk through your goals, current habits, daily routine, and help you map out a personalized plan for success. After that, you’ll meet with her regularly for follow-ups to reinforce healthy habits, eliminate harmful ones, and stay accountable.
Coach Alina is also the founder of Wellness Within You, her own coaching business. She currently offers appointments at our Midland, MI clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
