Coach Kelsey is a former collegiate athlete with a background in sport and human performance. Her coaching focuses on helping athletes build confidence, resilience, emotional control, and the mindset needed to perform consistently under pressure. Through practical mental performance strategies and individualized support, Coach Kelsey helps athletes navigate adversity, trust their preparation, and continue growing both on and off the field.
Individual Mental Performance Coaching
This individual coaching program is designed to help athletes unlock their full potential through personalized mental training sessions tailored to their specific goals, challenges, and performance needs. Each athlete receives focused support in areas such as confidence building, emotional control, resilience, performance anxiety, leadership, focus, and pressure management. Sessions are conducted virtually, allowing athletes to access high-level coaching from anywhere while maintaining flexibility around busy schedules.
Every coaching relationship begins with understanding the athlete as a whole person — not just as a competitor.
