What Is Nutrition Coaching?

Nutrition coaching focuses on helping you make smarter, more sustainable food choices. Coach Alina works with you to:

• Manage calorie intake and nutrition timing (especially helpful for athletes)

While Alina does not write meal plans or prescribe supplements (she is not a registered dietitian), she can help you better understand how vitamins and nutrients play a role in your overall health—and will encourage you to consult your provider for any medical or supplement-related advice.
