Craig Elford

Craig Elford, MSPT, OMPT, CSCS and Director of Community and Clinical Partnerships

Craig Elford received his master’s degree in physical therapy from Central Michigan University in 1999. In 2004, he completed a post graduate residency program in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) from Oakland University. In 2006, he achieved national certification as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Craig possesses nearly 25 years’ experience working with sports related, post-surgical, and various orthopedic injuries. Craig’s passion outside of work involves helping to mentor and develop young athletes towards achieving their highest potential on and off the field of sport. He has presented numerous youth camps, training programs, and workshops free to the community with the goal of personal development, injury prevention and performance enhancement. Outside of work, Craig enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his children. He is the founder of the MidMichigan Multisport Racing Club and has completed well over 100 Triathlons ranging from Ironman to sprint distance. Craig’s favorite quote is “nothing changes if nothing changes”.
