I started going to Midland Sports Rehab in October of 2019, after I experienced severe pain training for the Columbus Marathon. Several friends had recommended their services, and I knew I needed to recover from my injury in time to train for spring races. With the help and encouragement of the Physical Therapy team at Midland Sports Rehab, I was able to strengthen the muscle groups needed and modify my running technique in order to run pain-free. Today, I am still running marathons and recently qualified once again for the Boston Marathon. None of this would have been possible had I not sought help at Midland Sports Rehab.
