Patient education during sessions is excellent and written discharge instructions are clear. Everyone is friendly and positive. I have had2 back surgery's and in constant pain,my wife was working for a couple and she suggested Courtney for acupuncture, when I started that and could not lay on my stomach, it took a few months but the day I told her I'm not in any pain she suggested once a month for maintenance and that is what I'm doing,she is absolutely fantastic,then I stated chiropractor with Jeff for a couple visits and then started seeing Shane,also once a month, so since I was getting all that done I started PT Kassidy and Kelly,they were also fantastic,from the front desk to every one in there are ready to help,I give you guys a 10/10 and wish I had started coming here a long time ago,I have suggested to a lot of friends that have been having some sort of pain problems to try acupuncture and they have been very happy with the outcome,I will continue to do my maintenance program once a month probably for the rest of my life,you have a wonderful business here don't change and thank you for your employees you have working here, have a nice day.Posted onJoy VanOchtenApril 5, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. True it was my first time there so would expect a little more time but I felt the acupuncture Doctor went above. She has a good sense of humor so we got along well.
