“Have come here for different muscle skeletal problems, several times over the years. Therapists have worked 1:1 with me, watching form so I do the exercises properly. Patient education during sessions is excellent and written discharge instructions are clear. Everyone is friendly and positive. I’ve always had good outcomes and highly recommend Midland Sports Rehab!”

“This is THE place to go if you’re an active person dealing with pain or an injury. So many PT’s and Chiros just work with sedentary people. These people are used to working with runners, lifters, and athletes. They know where you’re coming from and what your body needs to be able to do instead of just treating you with the cookie cutter basics. They really try to get you better and on your feet.”

Physical Therapy
Highly recommend! I was in a motorcycle accident back in 2019 and had significant injuries and multiple surgeries on my left leg. I’ve been in and out of PT since then, due to pain, stiffness and limited range of motion, which has affected my everyday life. I decided to try a new PT clinic, Freeland Sports Rehab, and am beyond grateful that I did! I would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness and support. I specifically want to thank Alex!!! He listened to my concerns and was very patient and kind. He created a routine for my specific needs and incorporated a lot of stretching. He would physically show me each exercise, because he could tell I was struggling with remembering, but never made me feel embarrassed. Thanks to Alex, I have not needed my orthotics and my limp/stutter step is completely gone. Also, for the first time in almost 4 years, I can finally walk down stairs normally, without doing it sideways!!!!

“I have gone twice so far to PT in Freeland with Alex. I would highly recommend. He listens well and always has a plan prepared for me for the day. I like the app he uses to add exercises to do at home. I look forward to going and appreciate the assisted stretching/massage as well.”
