Dr. Lexi Hartley, Physical Therapist at Midland Sports Rehab

Dr. Alexie Hartley

Dr. Alexie Hartley is a compassionate and dedicated physical therapist specializing in helping patients recover and enhance their movement. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western Michigan University. Prior to that, she attended Michigan Technological University, where she played collegiate soccer for four years and earned a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology.

Dr. Alexie has worked with a wide range of patients, including pre- and post-operative cases, acute and chronic pain conditions, sports-related injuries, and various other diagnoses. Her clinical rotations took place in outpatient clinics, Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, and a neurological rehabilitation clinic, where she gained valuable experience and skills to add to her physical therapy toolbox. She previously worked in Northville, MI, before returning to her hometown of Midland, MI.

She loves working with athletes of all ages and helping people regain their overall function. Passionate about her profession, one of her favorite aspects of being a physical therapist is meeting new people and building lasting relationships. When she’s not working, you can often find her outdoors, exercising, or relaxing on the couch with her husband, watching a new Netflix series. She admits she’s no baker or chef—but she’d love to meet new patients at the clinic who can share a few tips!
