1. Increases Energy

An acupuncture session helps to balance the body’s energy systems and helps you recharge, a forced nap so to speak!

2. Diminishes Pain

Acupuncture works as a collective system throughout the body to improve blood and energy flow. By increasing blood flow to certain areas in the body, there is less pain overall.

3. Improves Mood

Acupuncture helps the brain to release endorphins, endorphins make you feel better, and feeling better increases your mood! Win Win!

4. Boosts Metabolism

By aiding in digestion, and balancing hormones, regular acupuncture can facilitate more balanced metabolism.

5. Enhances Immune Function

There are many acupuncture points that are specific to increasing your immunity, by building up your body’s protective layer. There are also many points that help to shorten the duration and reduce the severity of a cold.

6. Aids in Healthier Sleep

Regular acupuncture helps to increase a deep sense of relaxation, and therefore helps you sleep more sound and peaceful at night.

7. Supports Digestion

By rebalancing the body’s ability to digest food, acupuncture can help with many concerns. For example: constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, bloating, etc.

8. Promotes Deep Relaxation

Acupuncture has the ability to reset the body’s sympathetic nervous system.  By doing this, there is an overall feeling of diminished anxiety and depression all without any medications or side effects.
