Adding I always knew I wanted to make an impact on people’s health. I was just never sure in what way I would do that, until I discovered my passion for exercise. Achieving my A.A.S. as a Health Fitness Specialist from Delta College is how I started turning my passion into a career. It’s also where I discovered a new passion for psychology. Now, I’m studying kinesiology and psychology at SVSU. I am also in the process of becoming a certified Pilates instructor. As a personal trainer, I not only can help people with their physical health but their mental health as well because exercise has a huge impact on the mind too. It’s a rewarding feeling knowing I can help people with their overall health and well-being.

“Pilates is a mind-body connection that strengthens and stabilizes the core providing a strong foundation for activities of daily living.  Creating awareness to posture and controlled movement, it emphasizes quality over quantity.  Pilates benefits all body types, ages and minds!”
